Summary: When Brendon Urie arrives at Rusty Creek, a ranch town so small the saloon doesn't even have a name, all he knows is that the man he was sent to marry was named Spencer Smith. At first glance, Brendon can't understand why a man as handsome and well established as Spencer Smith would need a mail-order groom when he should have been able to get any eligible man or woman in Rusty Creek. Through awkwardness, acceptance, and eventually belonging, Brendon has a chance to eventually learn the heart of the man who brought him to Lonesome Sky ranch.

Author's Note: I have wanted to write a western for SO long, you guys. I never had an idea but I WANTED to write one. When I started this story, I pretty much just haven't stopped. It's the first fic in a long time that just took me and ran with me like I used to have happen quite often. This story has elements I didn't LOVE, such as the fact there isn't at least one more romantic scene, but as far as I'm concerned, I am MONUMENTALLY happy with this one. SUCH a good feeling to finally be sharing it with you guys!

Summary: Mikey Way has been missing for thirty-four cycles, all of which has been spent looking for him, when Gerard, Frank, and Ray come across a pair of young refugees on a bounty hunter ship they've boarded to search. When Frank nearly kills one of them, they make the decision to take the pair with them to administer first aid to the one Frank shot. Within minutes of having them on board, Gerard and his crew realize they have stumbled across something stranger than they had ever imagined. With Mikey's trail run cold and an extra situation on their hands, and the prospect of ever seeing their shipmate again begins to grow dim, will they manage to find Mikey, or has Gerard lost his brother forever?

Right, so . . .First things first.

So, so sorry this has taken FOREVER. Last time I posted I had just been shipped off to Iraq. Well, things there went VERY badly, VERY quickly and we ended up getting flown back at 4am one morning by the British Consulate. Half my stuff is still out there and I have no job, no place to live and had to pay for my flight back so I have no money. I also didn't get paid. So yeah. Life has been a bit of a hassle recently. But. hey. I'm home, crashing at the parents and now I'm writing again. Things are getting better.

So.

Here is chapter 15! Chapter 16 is almost finished and I have SO MUCH stuff written for other chapters! I hope you enjoy it!
